New IRC channel for computer and programming related talk/help called #code so come along and idle

I figured this would be a good addition to our forums. So this would be a good place for stuff like; video card upgrade suggestions, removing some spyware/virus, suggestions for computer upgrade, best software to copy a DVD, good deal on a new harddrive, a personal review or rant of software/hardware, help with a windows error, etc......... So use it for anything computer hardware/software releated, all the normal forum rules apply here.

This is going to hopefully be a forum for any coders who may happen to be in myg0t or visit these forums. If you feel like sharing anything with us, this is the place to do it. Hopefully we can expand upon this later and it will be a good section. This is not a request forum. You can post code for HL client hooks, d3d stuff, opengl, or just about anything. As long as its coding related. Enjoy.

I am having trouble installing Photoshop in Wine on Ubuntu; every time I do sudo wine regedit adobe.reg to import the Photoshop registry files into Wine it says wine: /home/god/.wine is not owned by you No matter what I try it won't let me do this. Does anyone have a solution? I've searched everywhere and haven't found one yet. Thanks.
