Whenever I use bittorrent to download files my internet slows to a crawl, I can't ping servers, can't even load google. Whats weird is that it only happens when I'm running my bittorent client, even when its only doing 5 kb/s down and 10 kb/s up, my internet is rated at 3 mbp/s - 1.5 mbp/s.. I use Azureus, do you think that could be the problem? Or is it just the fact that bittorent is hogging all my bandwidth without actually using it.

Whenever i run .mpg on windows media player it freezes my whole computer, i cant get into task manager or anything. Anyone know what can be causing this or how i can fix it?

So I got a DVD burner, and some .ogg video files. I got all the stuff to play it in Windows Media Player, but I can't seem to burn these bitches to a disk. I've tried using WMP and Nero, but I think I need to convert them into a different format, anyone know how?

Apparently in my new apartment here in Italy, they have fiber optic internet. I have the little box and everything. But I don't know what the hell I connect it too. I don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff and could explain what I need obviously. thanks

I'm in a dorm now and going through a campus connection. It's a fast line, speedtests showed me 2 mbs down and around 1 up, however utorrent isn't starting any of my torrents saying "Unable to map UPnP port" Is there a way I can configure utorrent to allow me to download? I'm not sure how my school's network is set-up, other than the fact that I'm going through a cat5 into the wall. Thx :cool:

How would you go about this? I've already checked most popular setups online and none of them seem to work. I've already set up a couple home networks as well but for some reason the computers I set them up on kick themselves off of it and I have to make another network. I've probably got 4 or 5 of them already set up, how would I delete those? Also, is it even possible to set up a USB printer through a wireless network without a print server?

i have moved my computer back downstairs because we now have 5meg broadband, when i try to connect the piece of shit wont, the wireless has seemed to fuck my internet settings or something any help on this? yes i have tryed google.

Okay Im not very good at hacking and what not but i used to do some PHPBB hacking a while back and it was soo easy to do.. and looking around people are doing the same thing editing cookies and what not.. but everytime i go to do it it seems i cant mainly because there are newer version of PHPBB and they dont work anymore.. Every time I play a game (so far its done it on BF2, HL2, CS Source, CS 1.6, HL Source, Wolfenstein:ET, HL + HL2 Deathmatch etc you get the idea) my PC crashes after about 5 minutes of playing. I'm pretty sure it's down to my graphics card not being very good but is there anything I can do to solve this except buy a new graphics card? It's an ATI but I can't remember the exact model because its pretty old, but can still run most games. Thanks in advance
