This is just the beginning of it.. my first try in photoshop. Anyone have anything to add, its not done so don't say it's plain. I had to extract the chick out of a big pic and then i just threw some text on... any suggestions?

im not very good at making things in photoshop, this only the thrid image ive made in ps7. any comments suggestions? http://endthe.20megsfree.com/eye-sight3SIG.jpg its an eye with a bunch of shit going on in the pupil.. my monitor is fucked so it might be a little dark

Im kind of a beginner at photoshop, so I want to know if someone could answer some of my questions about background textures. Where do you guys get the sort of map-like schematics you put in the back ground? When you extract someone from an image (in this case, a chick) how do you get her hair so it comes off with none of the background, and with grunge, where is the best way to start? Thx *EDIT* also, how do you put in small borders around the edges. And with the arrows, little squares etc. are those just brushes? AND finally, on average how many layers go into a particular project on average.

K I just had this idea. If you want to take part you just have to take someone's sig or wallpaper (give link to original) and put your name on it (= ript it). Id prefer sigs, because you somehow have to remove the original name on it. PS.: Im talking about good ripping, but since were on myg0t forums I expect some MS Paint shit too. So if you want to be funny and do something like that then ffs be funny.
