How do people change there rank? For example, when you see a 4 star general that has a total of 3 hours played.

This is about a year old and it was my first attempt at video editing, so it's not really that great. Still kinda funny so I'm posting it anyway. Backstory: clan people come on our server and act like dicks so we turn on FF and mess with them. Hope you enjoy :)
