After doing the /msg nickserv help thing and looking up register it says you need to say "register <e-mail> <password>" so I did that and it says "NOT ON A CHANNEL". So then I go on a channel and i put in "register **********@hotmail.com ******" (I'm not going to tell you my e-mail/password, moron, I replaced it with *) and it just says it out loud.
