Usually they're tagged as the same name as the server clan or something. Other than that, play normally for a while on a server until you know for sure that there are none there. Do something small like kill a couple hosties like on office at first to get their attention. It's 2008... and mic spamming with the console command wav posted is not good enough for you? I couldn't tag up as myg0t because of the console command and teh admins wud give me teh banhammar even faster ;<
