third vote for Pearl Jam... Definately one of my favorite bands, I guess they are more in the alternative rock genre... and thats coming from a guy who really doesnt care to much for alternative. There is so much heart and soul in their music and lyrics. Black is probably one of my favorite songs by them. But some of the other gods of music to me are below: Slayer Pantera Black Label Society Ozzy ACDC George Throughgood Rolling Stones CCR Danzig Pink Floyd Johnny Cash Zeppelin Nirvana Skynard I like a lot more than that but those are probably definately my favorites. I just barely meet the criteria of this, born in 1985. I can relate to a lot of it though... My first computer was when I was about 8, it was a tandy that ran on msdos, and then shortly after we got one that had windows 3.1.. Ski free was my favorite game, I was so amused when the dog pissed when you hit him and made yellow snow. And I remember when I was real little, I would stand on the front seat while my dad drove down a steep hill with lots of dips in it at like 70 mph. Smoking cigarettes when you were 11 was cool in my generation,. I ran around shooting people with my bright orange duck hunt gun for nintendo as well as my green tank ninja turtle pizza launcher thing. I dont know if they are still popular, but one of the biggest fads when I was a kid was GT bikes, everyone and their brother had one. Starter brand coats were also the big thing in my time. It didnt even matter whether it was nfl, mlb, or nba, or even what team it was... as long as it was a starter... I think some people will know what im talking about haha.
