I tweaked my HL2 so that it wouldnt autosave and run almost everything at max except for AA, AF and Vsync waiting. I get around 100 fps average all throughout the game and everything still looks as thought I had a 1337 machine running it. PM me for the tweaking guide.

Are you using WindowBlinds? If so, Style Luna is pretty nice but seems a bit chunky to me. Theres a site I think its http://www.wincustomize.com and it has a shit load of skins. I dont really have a damn theme or anything because I just reformated.
