...i was branching out the rage to other games..looks like its working. instead of raging players the whole fucking US army is raged over it...id say thats a point in our favour. oh and going to prison for shooting the instructor...i did that...and sent them an email complaining that i thought he was canadian...Americans are great at shooting canadians, and i thought it was part of the training...kill a canadian to qualify for the army, so i didnt class it as "Friendly Fire"... i didnt get a response, funny that.

the problem you have is you have keys for the retail version and are trying to play the steam version. i have the retail and need the cd all the time, even with a no cd crack (which the majority are key stealers anyhow). otherwords you need a steam key, or a clone of the orig HL2 cd (as a no cd wont work i think) this was implimented to stop people going to stores and writing a key down and downloading the game over steam.
