I actually worked for a BB back in the day. I did exactly this and I got the job pretty easy. One of the questions they asked me was "Imagine that you're trying to explain to your old dearest grandma about how to tell her that her hard drive is fried and that she needs to replace it with another one from our store" I used a analogy with a pie, saying that if one part of a pie is bad you have to throw the whole thing out and get a new one to enjoy what's on the pie. They laughed and said they hadn't heard it before. :P
