No, its on right turns, and usually when there is a lot of traffic. Its like they're in a big hurry and are trying to nose their way into your lane. Annoying as hell. Ask MillerTime what he finds annoying, he won't let Japanese cars pull in front of him on the freeway. :x

Honestly, there's nothing more to contribute to this thread, you've covered everything that I've ever noticed that's annoying as fuck. Oh- 1. People who pull out INTO the road on a turn using their car as a block so they can make the turn while stopping you in the intersetion.
