Make sure the email you want a pic of is open Hit the print screen button, top right of the keyboard (3rd from the right) Open mspaint (start, all programs, accessories, paint) or (start, run, type mspaint, hit enter) in paint, press ctrl + v censor any sensitive information needed file, save as, in the bottom of the sav as window, choose JPG or PNG, you will get ass raped on the internet for posting bmps give it a name press the save button yer done dont ask me for help ever a-fucking-gain Edit: you'll never need a webcam or digital cam for home either, if you want high quality pic of something, just aim your monitor at what you want to capture, press (windows key + D) to minimise all windows, and press print screen. then follow the rest of the steps above, make sure to press photos up to the monitor glass for best quality

Put all your details at maximum, and resolution at 640 x 480 or 800 x 600, whatever yer preference is host_framerate 30 (frame raste for movie to record) playdemo demoname (play demo, duh) startmovie moviename (to start recording to screenshots) endmovie (when done) this will dump out tga image files as well a wav file (doesnt seem to always work) and you can use a program like v-dub to encode the images to avi, use divx or preferably xvid

From The README [X] LEAVE THE EXTRA ".dll" FILES IN THE FOLDER! NO NEED TO PUT THEM IN WIN32! :jerkit2:
