Its ridiculous though, how the hell is an ISP going to find all sites "deemed pornographic". Where is the line drawn between what is allowed and what isn't. Not to mention new porn sites pop up every day. I have a lot of trouble believing that they could block all porno sites, and nothing else. Lots of internet filters filter useful shit; back in grade 8 I had to do a report on Walt Disney, and the Walt Disney website was blocked for containing "offensive material". No way the government could get the ISP's to do it anyways.
