Sure' Its quite simple really' Just download > Extract (You need WinRAR (http://www.rarlabs.com)), then just run the CSSHack.exe From there, just run the game and it should automatically inject itself. To get to the cheat menu, you must first be in game, and on a team (CT/T/ or Spec) and hit the f button on your keyboard to mess around with the settings. Have fun :)

They had a page with downloads, and in that under the scripts section there was a script called 'spamconfig.cfg' If anyone can point me to that website address, or the file, that would be great.
