Breaking and Entering would be my guess...where i live you could get shot legally. Since the owner died, it probably got handed down to the person in the will. They would decide to press charges or not. Im sure they would press charges if you had a crazy party. If they found out of course. But yeah, it is not worth the criminal record, just for some party you could have anywhere else...use your head.
