Check out Doom, Antisect, Anti Cimex, Icons of Filth, and if you like the heavier crust punk that evolved from Amebix there's Framtid, Nausea, Wolfbrigade/Wolfpack, Stormcrow, and there's melodic hardcore(not the chugga chugga jun jun bullshit) like Tragedy, Catharsis, From Ashes Rise, His Hero is Gone, Severed Head of State, and then there's the dbeat and similar kind of punk, Disfear, Hangover Overdose, Decrepit, Avskum, Pisschrist. Then there's powerviolence, grindcore, fastcore and a whole other bunch of fast subgenres of crust punk/hardcore that you probably wouldn't like.

I doubt it's available around you but there's a small brand called Malden that isn't cheap, but is miles above other guitars in that price range. Otherwise just shop around and play guitars until you find one that seems to fit, buying something you haven't played is retarded. As for recording, just get a line 6 toneport and use it as the input in audacity, that's what I use for my goregrind band.
