It's cool except for the font. You shouldn't use a pixelfont for big text, only use pixelfonts for small 10 maybe 12px text.

usually if you use hue and saturation to have a slight effect you need to colourize it thus making your sig in the same colour as the rest while with colourbalance you can get different colours (look at my sig) if you do it right. Okay with one layer of brushing you will get 1 colour but if you keep adding details you will soon notice that you get more colours. Try making a sig brush the bottom layer to your liking. Then make a new layer and do a few touch ups. If you aren't statisfied with the brightness of your touchups just repeat the process. then make a colour balance layer and fiddle with the colours Ad clouds to the same colour balance layer. then make a new layer and just go brushing a bit on the new layer and afterwards do another colourbalance layer and fiddle with the colours again. You should notice that there are more colours. I can send you one of my psd's sometime if want to know how i did it. If you have any questions feel free to ask allthough i do advise you to join gamerenders it really is a great help. Also diesel might be able to give you some pointers when he's in the mood.

Looks good for a first attempt :) keep it up Try adding this: -Colourbalance fiddle with the settings to a colour you like -Filter>render>clouds to ad a bit more colour to the brushing. -Download MetalCX's sparkle brushes -Use the sparkle brushes to put light spots on your brushing in overlay mode.
