The scanlines are too noticable, background sucks text sucks... Try adding extra colours to the bg and actually make the colours fit the render.

I get raged by my school's toilet paper. It looks like expensive stuff with like 4 layers or something but it's very hard! Usually schools have this overrecycled shitty newspapercoloured toilet paper but this is just worse! I mean you take a dump... whipe your ass and afterwards your ass itches like hell like someone but a beenest up your ass and then you walk around with your butcheeks together cus it itches too much and it allways itches on a spot that you can't reach from the outside! So what you need to do is get a piece of toiletpaper and go scratch wich makes it even itch more! It's a common sight at my school to see ppl walk like a penguin.

the cut sucks... try getting some tuts on using the pen tool... that mainly gives the smoothest shape.

open a new project that is way bigger than the sig you intent to make. Get your rectangle tool and make a rectangle about as big as you want your sig to be... Slap your render on it. Done.
