In hide and seek servers creating props does not work. In other sv_cheats 1 servers it does work. And I think the point_servercommand trick was patched long ago.

You can try host_framerate 0-30 for an alternate speedhack that doesn't lag you like shit when there's tons of people around. I haven't tried it while alive but it should work nicely. The lower the number the faster you go. It's in subdivisions of 30 it seems. Host_framerate 0 to go back to normal.
