Just use HLH, in console type "hlh_forcecvar sv_cheats 1" Then for the speedhack, type in console "host_timescale X" where x = speed. You have to forcecvar each time you load a new map.

Not really a rage. "Spam hack" was a good one though. The point in raging is to get people as mad as possible so if you have about 5 people yelling "I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN COCKSUCKER"(or something else like that) then you have a nice rage.

Or if you'd want permanent spam you could bind your wasd and mouse keys to say something whenever you press them, while also keeping the original binds. Something like this : bind w "+forward; say spam" bind s "+back; say spam" bind a "+moveright; say spam" bind d "+moveleft; say spam" bind mouse1 "+attack; say spam" Replace spam with whatever you want to say and you have an almost permanent flow of spam.

Well there's nothing that you can do about it. CSS brutally compresses whatever goes in your mic so it sounds like crap.
