I love how some people here think they even know hooden and theyve only been here a couple months tops. I dont see what is so wrong about hooden running a 5min/mile. If you train long enough, no matter what your physique is, you can do it. I bet any 300+ lbs lineman in the NFL would kill anyone here in cardio. I know yes its preofessional sports its what they do as a living, and isnt the best comparison, but its true.
