it doesnt change ur ping, type ping in console it tell u real ping so if servers kick at a certain ping+ u still get kicked so really the cl_cmdrate does nothing i also heard that it can cause ur shots to not register

i need a hook for aimbot anyone no where to get 1? or some one no how to edit skins for CSS i cant find them
