I remember when I first got an interview at Applebees..it was a 3 part interview with like a 350 question personality test and I lied my ass off on the test and in the interview. After I got to know my boss and the managers we joked about how much I lied and they were like yeah..We pretty much just hier people that seem like they would do a good job and would be fun to be around...

I'm actually quite good at interviews even though im kind of shy around people I don't know. When they ask you what qualities you dont like in yourself, answer with a positive negative. Question: What don't you like about yourself/What skills do you need to work on? You: I have a tendency to get frusterated when I have to work with people who aren't working as hard as me. Always answer with something that you think is bad about yourself, but turn it around so its something positive.. as I stated above. Interviewing with someone at Best Buy should be easy. A place like that the interviewer is most likely going to give the job to someone they relate the best to. Since it isnt a greatest job in the world. Pretty much just smile, and talk with the person about things outside of the job.
