Depends on what kind of CS are you playing? Normal CS 1.6 or CS: Source?

Ok, so i've got a hack called IcT Lite and it has wireframe, wallhack, skin hack, aimbot... and so on and so forth. The aimbot does not work, and the skin hack will only change the terrorist skin to red, and not the CT skin to blue or any other color. Is there something wrong with the program or is it something with my computer?
