I don't want to advocate use of accutane, but fact of the matter is its drug numero uno for acne and there is pretty much no numero dos or numero tres.

Anyway, a lot of you are talking a lot of bullshit about acne. When really it is very simple, acne is a disease of the metabolic system, it is in no way related to how many times you clean your face. In fact nothing you apply to the skin can ever have more than a minimal affect on acne, because acne itself is caused ultimately by how much sebum your skin produces, which isnt controlled by the skin itself but rather by hormones swishing around in the blood stream. This is why the only truly effective treatment (and the only treatment that has the potential to cure acne altogether, at least at the moment) is roaccutane (or accutane for you yanks) because it suppresses the body's production of sebum. Oh yeah, and the n-lite laser works well too i hear, although why it works is a mystery.

Ok the movie is officially 5 teenage predators fighting hundreds of aliens and an alien queen and some humans who just happen to be there. IM going to go with the predator, purely because i enjoyed the movie more, and both of the predator films rocked whereas two of the alien movies sucked.

I think you're wrong and i will tell you why. There has never been a movie based on a game worth its salt, simply because studios don't take them seriously. They just see it as a way to make money off the back of popular culture. And event horizon is the only decent mainstream horror movie i can think of to come out in the past few years, it was genuinely suspenseful and disturbing in a genre that is notoriously difficult to get right. As far as it making no sense at all goes, that is at the very least a massive exaggeration, bordering on being and out and out lie. No doubt you are referring to some mild plot inconsistency that truthfully i didn't even notice when i was watching the film. Soldier blew hard admittedly, but shopping and the sight weren't that bad, watchable at least. I realise none of his movies have been outstanding (and two really sucked), but he hasn't had ideal projects to work on. It would be very close-minded to assume he isn't capable of doing good work on aVp especially considering how promising the trailer looked. And even if it isnt a celluloid masterwork i still think it will be worth watching for the coolness factor.

I also agree with tequila sunrise, well done that man. WHo cares about some 10 pound piece of plastic the special effects department whipped up when we have so much mean weaponry in the present day? As far as the people who think the movie will suck goes, fuck that, it won't. Predator is one of the best action horror movies ever, it will be worth seeing for the coolness factor of seeing an entire predator clan alone. Also just because he directed mortal kombat doesn't mean he'll screw up this time, directors make bad movies and then great movies all the time (little thing called human nature jackasses). And besides, a film isn't just the work of one man, it takes hundreds of people of to make a film. A bad script writer or cast can ruin a film (i believe mortal kombat: the movie had both, christopher lambert as rayden, wtf?). Anyway, i have high hopes for this film.
