someguy1, I don't have nearly enough time to answer all of your concerns, but as I see you build the majority of your arguments on the presumption that I am an American, I feel I should let you know that I am a native Norwegian living in Norway. Me or mine have never executed any force or hostilities towards other peoples, at least not since the age in which the popular sport for adventurous Scandinavian males was to travel the seas and train their swordsmanship in battle with people who always seemed to lose, and that was a whole millenium back.
