You have the same bug as me.. Your using your onboard HD Audio that comes with the latest mobos.. Such as the new LANPARTY ones. Excellent audio quality, but because it divides input steams and output steams into 2 seperate channels, It confuses FRAPS.. The only option it gives you is Digital Input and Audio Input.. Both of which are shit, because with Audio input all you will hear is your mic and with Digital, you wont hear shit.. And FRAPS just cannot and will not select the Audio Output device.. It means that you will never be able to record from your onboard of "WhatUHear" mode. Basically your gonna have to get a soundcard, thats the only way.. It sucks i know. Id suggest Creative X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatal1ty Professional Soundcard http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SC-044-CL&tool=3 There is a way around it, i found that if you go into your "Audio Input" settings, muted your mic, and selected "stereo mix" and turn it up half way, it will record what you hear, but you wont be able to use your mic to talk to people, as they will just hear loud distortion. For perfect export settings.. Ingame Res: 800x600 (I know it sounds shit, but your only going to be using it when your playing back the demo) Fraps Settings Record at 30Fps. Full-Size No tick beside "No sync" Perfect playback quality, all text readable, and looks proper nice. Then again for youtube your going to be reducing to 320x240.
