the free ones really suck. you have to sign up for an account, you will be spammed daily and you have like 30000 limits. if your isp doesnt provide a nice newsserver, get giganews - one of the best newsservers out there.... not so expensive either i'm a lucky man, my provider has a fast newsserver without data limit :o
