dude, just go to http://www.hlss.us and go to downloads section and they have a program there that converts them. Also u can use hlss to play sounds instead of voiceannoy cause u can play multiple sounds with hlss. They have tutorials there also on how to install it for source. Dont worry, not a shock/virus site either.

not sure if this would work, but what about a packet sniffer for half life? Anyone know of a good one?
