    Make a Red Rectangle in Photoshop. Save as "TerrorTemp.tga". Convert TGA to VTF in Vtex. (now you have TerrorTemp.vtf) Put in /cstrike/materials/models/player/terror/ and replace the one that is there. tada... or use CRs model fix on mpc. God damn I'm helpful.
