You're kidding me on the RAM aren't you? You can get a GeIL 2gb DDR2 set, PC6400 800Mhz with latency timings of 4-4-4-12 (in short: fast) for £60 in the UK. That's $145 AUD. You can also get a 22" widescreen with a 3-5ms response time for around £200 here. HDD? 16mb cache, 400gb for ~£70.

You can hardly rage 1.6 in the UK because most players have voice_enable set to 0 and just ignore the chat mostly. :/ CSS is way easier to rage because there's tons of idiots that play it because it has OMG GRAFIX!11
