YOu dont need a server with ppl all on the same team. Ok, set the bind up, Join a server click ok, now hold down tab and press space (Makes it easier to see when they spawn) wait for them to spawn, give it 2-3 seconds then hit /1//

P2P..easy way, Look for some info on shit like "Kazaa HTTP Server" "Limewire settings up your Http server" etc. Most of those clients have a built in feature that whn ran, will run a Http server right under their nose without having a clue. These are easily hacked and defaced.
