If VAC bans you, it will be a 'perm' ban from all VAC enabled servers..covering all games. If you get banned from some random admin mod on a no vac server you'll be ok.

DC++, BT, Limewire pro, Ares, IRC :/. DC is pretty good. BT is ok but can be slow as fuck. Limewire good for single tracks, lots of fake shit on it though. Ares is ok lots of old music and pr0n. IRC, new single releases really.
