Yeh.. you want a sequencer.. Fruity loops is great for starting off.. well its great non stop!! get some good VST's and samples and you half way there!!! Anyone who says fruity loops cant make a good track obviously doesn't know how to engineer a track. You can also use it as a plugin for other programs like Cubase etc... Use Logic if your on a mac :)
