Getting his IP changed wouldn't matter. His ISP pretty much logs all of his IP's, unless he's on a router. His router IP blocks his physical IP and his ISP can't log his phsyical IP. The best you can do now is destroy your hard-drive or sell it. Or you can change your ISP, but I'm sure it's a little too late for that.
