1. What would you say your primary motivation for cheating/hacking online would be? It seems to me that there are 2 types of cheaters/hackers. The ones that cheat so they look like "pro-gamers" (Quake 3 players it seems) and the ones that post here, to Rage and ruin peoples fun. Personally, I love pissing off people trying to take a game seriously. But, I don't cheat because for one I am a terrible coder, I know some PHP, but it isn't anything compared to C and its derivitives. Two, I like keeping my CD Key (if I actually pay for the game), and it's hard to trust anyone. Unlike most of the forum members here, I am old(er), so I use my computer for business, banking and other so getting a backdoor trojan or a virus would be serious. If I were 16 or 17 it probably wouldn't matter, most people that age use the computer for school, having a shitty myspace or livejournal account, and gaming of course. 2. What do you think of the people that only cheat/hack to build up their score? Lame or just another way of raging people...only without the rage? tl:dr: Just skip the middle.
