Oh, thank you, funbags. I just ran a crappy free virus detector and it doesn't show anything. And the guy who said it was infected said that he was lying because he didn't want the hack to get into "bad hands." Meh.

I'd gladly do so but this isn't my computer. I could get away with something that was really bare-bones and only scanned programs for viruses though. I've been searching for a while now; does Zone-Alarm do the trick? Well, while I'm downloading and installing this, could you, uh, scan that file, please?

Is the FuRiousSP on g0tcheats.com clean? I did some searching and its name comes up very often... right next to the word virus. And on a End VAC page, there was a snippet that said "A warning about FuriousSP / FuriousSP 8.0 and up were detected as viruses..." so I'm really reluctant. Meh, I'm just going to start out with voice annoy.

Yeah, that is beyond my skill level. I know what a brute forcer is, but I wouldn't know how to make it apply to HL2. I'm gonna check out FuriousSP...

You thought I was actually going to download that? This is a forum filled with hackers... and I'm going to accept a file from one of its members and install it? Hehe, yeah... I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid. Plus, I see all this stuff about s.p0rk.. eh, the virus, and how great a hack it is. You never say what it's hacking, though, when you recommend it. I'm assuming that you get autobanned or something for writing the virus's name out fully? Okay, and on the worst that can happen, if I get caught cheating, they can't, you know, keep me from logging onto steam at all--delete my account? Oh, and another thing, what's your favorite hack for raging, Stan? Just the title. And is OGX Public clean? I ran a virus scan with my default software, but I don't trust microsoft's protection software any more than I do the files on this forum, so you can understand me being totally paranoid. Is there a way to change somebody's config without using a cheat that has an .exe file in it? Like a script that I could write myself or copy-paste straight from this forum? I really don't like keyloggers.

Okay, call me a wimp, but I've got a couple of questions... I've never used an actual hack, you see. :snivel: *Is this for Half-Life or Half-Life 2? *Is it legal? (Can VALVe or the server owner legally track my IP down to me and get me fined or terminate my internet service for using this? I'm 15, so my parents can punish me severely if something like that happens. I'm pretty sure you can understand. ) *What are the chances of it getting detected in Garry's Mod v8.3b? I know that nobody uses VAC on that mod, but I've gotten the VAC warning a couple of times connecting to the server. *What happens if I get banned from steam for it? Can I do anything legal to get my account back? *Boiling it all down to one question: what's the worst that can happen?

A couple of people on a different forum mentioned in passing the fact that it was possible to change a user's config.cfg file, to do things like bind their w key to "quit." Since pretty much everyone here loves raging servers, I figured that somebody here would know how to do this. Ciao.
