Red green and blue are the three primary colours. What I did is replace the colours inbetween the trees with my own and then used a duplicate x4 gaussian blur on lighten for the bloomy effects. I suggest reading a tutorial, I found out trough trail and error.

Hit off with a collab. Photoshop-only wallpapers are very hard to accomplish (in two years of photoshop I only made three decent ones). Find someone skilled in 3d renders and get him to make a wallpaper with you.
