SO I decided to dl BF2 and install. When I tried to open the game it went to a black screen and then back to my desktop. I'm pretty sure that this was because of my low end pc and the fact that BF2 doesn't support GeForce4 cards , I just wanted to start the game up and look at the main menu to see if it worked. Anyway , I have more RAM and a new videocard arriving soon , specs below Now: P4 2.0 Ghz CPU (2.3 Ghz max speed) GeForce 4 Ti4200 (64 MB RAM) 265 MB RAM system memory Two hard drives of 30 gb , and an external one of 200 gb (not of the issue) After upgrade this weekend: P4 2.0 Ghz CPU GeForce FX 5800 (128mb RAM , not sure if its the ultra version) 1 Gigabyte RAM system memory What graphic settings do you guys reccomend ?

Ie is clean , has no unessecary shit you wont use half of the time , renders text first and images after , making for a slow pagestart but better results afterwards.
