Really, that's all you need. IMPORTANT! Not all weapon skins for 1.5 are viable in 1.6 ALSO! The default handedness can vary quite a bit on weapons, so you may want to consider binding cl_righthand 0 and 1 to a key or set of keys so you can switch as necessary without using the option menus.
