I got the ftp login informations to that one gameserver, unfortunally the admin was so dumb and changed the rcon password but not the ftp one. My question is how do I get the rcon password through the ftp database?

There was an exploit in 1.5 you downloaded the server.cfg of the server which the rcon_password is most of the time.
