Pretty much all punk ass kids work at Guitars Centers, they don't know what I need, and most can't help me.

I bought this custom Queensryche guitar off of Ebay, it's a Wenser, pretty much a no name brand. (Because some guy hand makes his own guitars) This guy says the Tremelo system is pretty much the same as a "Floyd Rose" Tremelo System. The problem here is, there's a part that is stripped inside, so I can't add the Allen Wrench screw, so I can't add a B string, because the string won't be tight, it will just fall right out. I was wondering what the small piece I have that is stripped, is called.
