That means you didn't download it via Windows Update yet... If you have a legit copy of Windows then I wouldn't worry about jack shit. Even though there are ways to get past the WGA, the updates aren't really worth downloading to be honest... Just ghey security patches so an "intruder can't compromise your system", which doesn't happen anyways... and if it does, you deserve it. The updates are more or less pointless until service pack 3 comes out.
