It depends on what language they're written in. Most of the remote injection exploits that I use are coded in Perl. To run perl exploits you have to first install activestate activeperl. Make sure to check the "Add .pl extension" box during install. Then you have to copy the code into whatever text editor you use (I use notepad). Take that and switch the drop down bar from *.txt to *all files. Then save the code as whatever.pl. After that, open command prompt, drag in the script, and use it.
