i mis-read, and i have 256 mb of ram and a 128mb card and i get 100 fps steady on max settings

your computer must be horrible if your max fps is 70 in 1.6 about your problem: make sure your rate is 25000 [ rate 25000 ] in console + other cmds i forget not sure what else, you could try posting on steam forums i guess

if you set your status busy you can nudge as much as possible too you know
