As I replied to you before, there are binaries included.

1) The binaries are becomes smaller for once. 2) And it gives you a better overview of your project, you can look at all the resources. 3) If you have MSDN for it you get a great help while coding. And some other features.. I'm still discovering it ;p

Use MS VC++, it's very nice, used Dev before, it was pretty hard to convert to VS after that, but it was all worth it :)

The removal of NTLDR was nice, but the rest executed very slow..
