ok here is wat i would do try to fix cd key again (pm me if u want my good corp key) 1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK. 3. In the left pane, locate and then click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\WPAEvents 4. In the right pane, right-click OOBETimer, and then click Modify. 5. Change at least one digit of this value to deactivate Windows. 6. Click Start, and then click Run. 7. In the Open box, type the following command, and then click OK. %systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a 8. Click Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate Windows, and then click Next. 9. Click Change Product key. 10. Type the new product key in the New key boxes, and then click Update. If you are returned to the previous window, click Remind me later, and then restart the computer. 11. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to verify that Windows is activated. You receive the following message: Windows is already activated. Click OK to exit. 12. Click OK. then if that does not work make a backup with ghost then use your good corp copy and use the repair option in setup to fix up the existing instillation, it will not deleate your files, programs or settings + u can enter a new key

i ran termights bat file on myslef, my firewall didnt allow it to delete the filles but i accidently hit ok on privdeleged resources and it deleated my ntldr ok to fix ntdlr do this http://www.tinyempire.com/shortnotes/files/ntldr_missing.htm (i just pulled my hd out and copied the ntldr from their site to my c:\ and it fixed faster than the rest of the shit im about to say or boot with xp cd, let it load all the fucking drivers, then when it stops.... go into recorvery console and do copy d:\i386\ntdlr c:\ copy d:\i386\netdetect.com c:\ copy d:\i386\explorer.exe %windir% copy d:\i386\hal.dll %windir%\system32 copy d:\1368\io.sys c:\ then get a good undelete program correct me ppl if i put the paths wrong k

install with a corporate version and pm me if u want a valid corporate key
