As long as you dont take it to far with drugs or alchohol it probably wont change much and even then there are plenty of people who are succesful in life.

In general the bar alone (the ones at the gym I use) are 45 lbs. I can bench 115. Not sure how much i can leg press cause I maxed out on teh machine at 400. I only way 125 though so I guess thats not to bad.
