The motherboard you have chosen cannot output enough memory voltage. Your ram will run under-powered and you won't get the speed or the low latencies that you are paying for. Either pick a different ram that doesn't need 2.1v to run solid, or pick a motherboard that can output 2.1v. Trust me on this one. read the reviews on newegg for further information on what I am talking about.

Firstly, I would go with EVGA. I have owned a few of their cards and love them. Second, I don't know if that minor clock difference is worth 30$ extra. Read the reviews, they could give some insight. I have an Intel system and am luvin it. I made an AM2 rig a few months bag and thought it was rather slow. I would go with Intel, unless you plan to wait for the new quad core architectures.

Pretty cases are simply for LAN bragging rights. Spend less money on the case and have a rape setup hidden inside. I was happy till I saw the GFX card. :O_o:
