Real simple. The devs have already discovered this one and released a hotfix but not all the servers have it yet. The console command, "hdn_restartround" is available for all players to use. It does exactly what it sounds like, restarts the round. You can bind it to a key like Page Down (bind pgdn "hdn_restartround) and spam it until the server crashes or do it occasionally to confuse people. A video:
